I know I sound really evil, but I’m kind of sad that there’s no big drama over this. Apparently the guy who supposedly plagiarised the song (Adriel) has the right to use the instrumental of the song. ‘U’ is a joint composition by Swedish composer Ken Ingwersen and British musician Kevin Simm, and while SM has the right to use the song, Adriel has European rights or something like that. I’m not really understanding this, but I’m pretty sure there’s not going to be any court cases over this issue.
I’m such a horrible person -_-“.
